My professional membership includes American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work.
I graduated from Tri-State Business Institute in 2006 with certification in Massage Therapy and I currently have over 16 years experience working as a massage therapist at Professional Massage Therapy in Erie, PA.
Specializing in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage, I also incorporate manual stretching techniques to muscle groups that lack full range of motion. I also graduated from Mercyhurst College in 2009 with an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy. I am currently working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. I treat patients with varieties of physical and neurological disorders.
Extensive classes, including orthopedics, pathology, therapeutic modalities, and exercise, have made me more understanding of diseases such as Fibromyalgia and MS. Practicing physical therapy and massage therapy side by side made me reach my best potential in both physical and massage therapy.
